Checking in issue

When checking in for my cruise, I was able to select my arrival time. However, when trying to enter passport info both by scanning on the app or by entering manually on the Royal website - I get an error when completing, saying, "We've hit a snag. Try again later," but this has been a few days.

 

Has anyone else experienced this? I assume I can just go in person if it doesn't work since I at least scheduled my arrival time. I'm guessing that entering passport details before sailing isn't a hard requirement, but I wanted to make check-in seamless.

I get the same error on the site seems overall buggy

It's not critical that you enter the info when checking in. They're going to ask to see your passport at the pier anyway and it'll take less than 5 seconds for them to scan it.
