You will only lose your current slot if you select a new one....so you see what is available and select it KNOWING that it is better than what you originally had.

Thanks, I checked and only 4:30 available still. However, I see the VV website mentions it doesn't matter what time you arrive if you have Deep Blue Extras, so we are all set.

Deep Blue Extra qualifies you for priority boarding which begins at 1:30.  VV asks that you don't arrive more than 30 minutes prior to that time....and if you do, you'll be standing around.

Yep that's why I'll be checking in at 1:30.

UGH, American just changed our flight and now we fly out on Sunday at 12:15. I feel like that's too early to get back to Heathrow.
