Disembarking in Palma de Mallorca

Recommended Posts

If the ship is scheduled to dock at 0600, what is the earliest time you could get off? There is a flight we could catch that leaves Palma Airport at 0900. Would we have enough time to get to the airport to catch this? TIA

Yes if you can get off by 6.30, it's about 20 mins by taxi to the airport

At a guess I'd say it would be very tight, I would imagine if you can self disembark the earliest would be 06:45 - 07:00 depending on port authority clearance.

Probably just about manageable but totally dependent on all going well.

Probably best to check with Marella first prior to booking anything.

9.00am is planned engine start time, boarding will begin at 8.15-8.30am

If you arrive at the airport for 7.30am you therefore have about an hour to check in, navigate Palma security and be on board.

There are about 30 departures an hour from Palma so it won't be quiet!

True. Just to know.... Mallorca has the 19th airport in Europe in passengers. Greater number than Istambul, Vienna, Manchester or Brussels.

This is, do not expect to find a local or regional airport but one of mainest airports in Europe.

Nevertheless, as Roger says, 20 minutes by taxi and no traffic at those hours.

Knowing how busy the airport can often be, I would not risk only having an hour.
