Free at Sea - Speciality Dinning

Recommended Posts

Please don't order garlic-free rice at Teppanyaki. It affects everyone's food....and not in a good way! They shouldn't allow anyone to request that, but they do.

Lots of ways to eat vegetarian/vegan at the specialty restaurants. Follow @YVRteacher's various lives for good ways to eat vegetarian (not vegan) on NCL.

cruiseny4 life.. imho, and (ive dined in teppanyaki many times), ordering garlic free rice doesnt really affect any one else.  the chef usually makes an overabundance of rice anyway.

if you tell him you dont want garlic, he will set aside a portion of rice specifically without the garlic.. usually no problems and no questions asked.

so go ahead and eat the garlic fried rice to your hearts content, or not

When someone ordered garlic free rice we didn't get any garlic in the rice. At all....it stayed on the cart the chef stores ingredients on. It was a truly sad day for this cruiseny!

Our experiences have been as @complawyer stated.  Sorry that your meal was sadly missing your choice! ☹️
