What is the charge for Drinks Only and the tips if I purchase separately?

Service charge on beverages is 18%. The various beverage packages cover the service charge for included beverages.

If by "tips" you mean the Daily Service Charge AKA gratuities:

 

For sailings departing on or after February 14, 2024, the daily Crew Appreciation is $17.00* per guest per day for non-suite stateroom guests and $19.00* per guest per day for suite guests.
