Good day, In the Princess Grill, are there any “always available” dishes? Specifically, is a basic salmon or chicken dish available everyday for lunch/dinner?  Thanks.

There are several parts to my answer to this question. Firstly there is a circulated à la carte menu which will be given to your table (but not to your suite) which is in the photos below, note the entrées start on page 1. Secondly there is an "always available" menu, more from Britannia and Club origins, of some basic dishes such as salmon, chicken, spaghetti. Then the wait staff are willing to work around any requirements that can be easily met, so typically items currently served in Lido/Kings Court/Artisans' or things like omelettes.  Finally on the main menu for the meal, if you want (for example) the sauce on the side or a component left out then this can often be met, depending on the dish. Ideally anything in this area is ordered at lunch for the evening meal, the main menus are circulated in advance in the restaurant and your suite.

This is QV's menu from a few month ago, I suspect that this the same on the other 3 ships. Occasionally an item may be changed, but it's not that often.

Having been in the Grill, just ask your waiter to speak to your M'd and they will accommodate your needs. In some ways, they like to be challenged.

My DW had some meals alternated once and with a smile they are very accommodating. The staff in PG were wonderful and we look forward to returning.
