Future Cruise Credit Question

So we have a future cruise credit we got from Norwegian from a price drop of a previous cruise. I'm trying to apply it to a cruise I'm about to book, either a 3N or a 4N, and it is not letting me. Does it have to be a 7 night cruise or something? I tried looking at the terms of the future cruise credit page but it keeps giving me an error code.

I believe the FCC is only applicable to sailings six days or longer.   My FCC terms page errors out too but I found this Cruise Critic thread via dr google  (lol too lazy to go find the email I received from NCL re my FCC)

"CruiseNext Credits are redeemable as payment towards all Norwegian sailings of 3 days or longer so purchase onboard and redeem towards your next cruise(s) of 3 days or longer whenever you are ready."

Have you tried calling NCL?

The OP's question concerned Future Cruise Credit, not Cruise Next Deposits.  The terms and conditions of use are different for those two different means of payment.

My price drop email from NCL indicates the credit is valid for cruises 6 days or longer.

The FCC is generally for a 6+ day cruise and you have to have finished the cruise within a year of the FCC being deposited in your account. (Those have been the terms of the ones I've gotten.)

Here are the terms for the future cruise credit that I received for a price drop. 
 

These credits will be available for one year to book and sail, upon completion of your current sailing on Debarkation Day.  

Please note terms and conditions include but are not limited to the following:  Your future cruise credit (FCC) is only applicable towards sailings six days or longer, FCC provided is non-transferable, FCC provided is non-refundable, FCC is issued to guest 1 and 2 on the reservation only, guest who cancel their reservation prior to sailing will have their FCC deactivated from their client profile.
