The hours of all restaurants and bars are posted on the back of the Daily, on the TV and the Navigator App.  (Nav app help is available on the ship if you ask.) You can see that the Lido is open from 10:30-11:30 pm in the photo of the Daily posted by someone who is currently on the Koningsdam.
