Umbrella on Eurodam?

Recommended Posts

I have always had an umbrella in regular veranda cabins on all the ships I have cruised on.  I don't have experience with OV or Obstructed OV.

Note that the provided umbrellas are very large golf type, which is great for keeping dry, but I don't want to carry one that size around in port "just in case" of rain.

We have only had them on suites in the past, but that was on the smaller ships.  Hoped since Eurodam is a little larger and newer, they might be provided.  Thanks for the imput.

Pro tip from a former SE Alaska resident and someone who leads tours there:  Don't bring an umbrella, even if they are provided.  You will be in and out of shops, opening the umbrella, shutting the umbrella, being annoyed and annoying, poking people--wear a rain jacket with a hood like the locals and be happy. Trust me. 🙂
