Concerned with current trend.

My wife and I are new to cruising. In fact we have only done 4 cruises, but they have all been with Celebrity. We researched diligently to find the best cruise ship for how we like to vacation. Good food, great service, upscale ships, not a party cruise, and low children ratio. We found all of that with Celebrity. However, by our third cruise we noticed cutbacks galore(mainly for Retreat: gratuities and on board credit) but price stayed same, premium drink packages are not so premium anymore, loud guests cussing at bars, dress code not being enforced (if it looks like a duck it’s a duck), and more children that run through the ship unattended and playing in the elevators. I know that is a parent problem, but again what demographic is Celebrity marketing. I hope Celebrity cruises will remain the relaxing ship for adults and families that has great entertainment, food, crew, and upscale amenities. Please do not market Celebrity ships in a way that attracts behavior one would see on tic tok or you tube videos. Celebrity cruises to us is notches above the other cruise lines and we just want it to stay that way. Thank you so much.

I can definitively say no, we are not chasing a younger demographic. We are working every day to elevate our experience for YOU. That experience is focused on elevated hospitality, premium food and drink options (we have done an extensive update to our wine program in the premium beverage package – make sure to try it next time you are onboard), beautiful new destinations, and unique experiences. The current Celebrity guest will always be our north star.

Depending on the time of year, we do (and always have) carry more families. That happens during Spring Break, peak summertime, and during holidays.

The future for Celebrity Cruises is to deliver experiences to our guests that they didn’t know they needed, and once experienced, cannot live without.

The E class ships "delivered experiences I didn't know I needed" but once Experienced I CAN sure live without them.....
