vicd1969 Posted July 12 #1 Share Posted July 12 (edited) Assuming there is no conflict with ship activities or pre-organized groups, are regular passengers allowed to reserve a time block for one of the general meeting rooms? For example, any of those meeting rooms on deck 3 of the Vista class ships. We have a group of 30+ people, and may need some meeting space once or twice during the cruise. How much of an extra charge would it be? Edited July 12 by vicd1969
CruiserBruce Posted July 12 #2 Share Posted July 12 I seriously doubt there will be any charges...even if you ask for some light snacks.

Rare POA1 Posted July 12 #4 Share Posted July 12 If you want to do it in advance, call and get the email for the events coordinator for your ship. I know there's a cost for AV equipment rental, but I'm not sure about the room itself. If you have specific days & times you want to meet, I'd try to book in advance. I don’t think that would be an ethical approach. Call it what it is and ask the cruise ship event coordinator if they can allocate meeting room space. Best time with be later in the evening. My husband has used the rooms for Zoom work calls when empty after dinner and no one has ever interrupted him. Perhaps poking a head in but moving on when they see it is occupied. Assume someone with an actual reservation would make that known. Edited July 12 by SeaMatesNYC Clarity
