Princess app and Medallion ask for other passengers on same booking #

I’m having a brain fog moment. Travelling with DD and GD in one cabin on one booking #.

when DD downloaded princess app and tried to ‘log in’ to her account with booking # , the message came up that booking number had already been entered.

i wanted her to be able to see all the stuff I see.

Ive linked all guests onto booking # and filled in all the guest info etc so we are ready to

go.

what does she need to do?

This is a well known issue with the app. I personally have never run into it but others here on CC have stated that you just need to hit "cancel" and try the login again. Some have said it may take 3 or 4 times in a row.

Thanks for reply. DD just tried now hitting app and voila it said ‘Welcome DD’

She was thrilled to see the upcoming events and movies etcetc

 

will add app to GD phone next.
