X used to offer a  nice tea towards the end of the cruise in a Specialty dining rm ( often Tuscan) for Cap Club Elite.

Plated tea "sams" ,  petit pastry.. and served tea.  It was very nice but not at the most convenient time.  Not at all elaborate as the afternoon event on Cunard!

Not sure what is offered in E Class ships...

I asked if this was going to be resumed whilst on Infinity in March and the Captain’s Club hostess hadn’t got a clue what I was talking about. She thought I meant the Happy Hour in the Sky Lounge. I tried to explain that there used to be an Elite (and above) Afternoon Tea offered once on every sailing.

I remember the Elite tea on Celebrity.  It was nice.  In January I don’t remember there being any tea unless I just missed it.

A few months ago on HAL the tea was terrible with a few very stale cookies and cakes.

The best afternoon tea in my opinion was on Oceania with many beautiful and delicious choices and music.
