On MSC app it shows available to add but on the website, though it shows the description, the "button" to add it is missing (though it's available for others). Do you think it's ok to do it on app? To book excursions on the website, make sure you're logged-in to your MSC account first and pull up your cruise. Then click on each individual port to view and book the excursions. On the App you're probably already connected to your cruise so it's allowing you to do excursions. They have always credited any cancelled excursions back to my original form of payment. They usually say it will take two billing cycles for the credit to post.
