Princess Upgrade

HI All, my 7 night cruise on the Sun is 84 days out per today.  I tried to do an upgrade but got the cruise is not eligible msg.  

I hit all the criteria, cruise is paid in full, cruise is less than 85 days out, etc.

Any reason why I'm getting that msg? Last time i checked, the cruise is not sold out and the cabins I want to upgrade to are still available.

The 84 day rule is not cast in stone.  It could be a few days or a week or so before they open your cruise for upgrade bidding.  Also if booked through the big box store, they do not participate in the bidding program.
