I read a review from a Viking passenger who wrote that the fish served were more colorful than the decor!

This makes me think the fish were swimming around! Other than salmon, I can’t think of any colorful fish. It’s all white. Not to be confused with beige.

But I happen to be a big fan of beige decor, especially with all the blue accents.

Red snapper, Blue perch, Greenlip mussels, Orange roughy, Salmon!, Yellowtail, Black mackerel, Brown trout (not beige), Rainbow trout, Silver dory, and dare I say, Goldfish!

I don't know what color shad roe is but I hear that shad fish are colorful lovers.

Palomino?

Haha, I had you pegged for that.  In the waters off the FL panhandle they are grayish dorsal area fading through beiges to silverish to near white below.  In more tropical areas they look like something Disney decorated.  Really good eatin but a pain to skin.
