Reserving specialty restaurant for two couples

We are two couples traveling together and one is in a penthouse and the other in concierge class, so the penthouse couple has earlier access to specialty restaurant reservations. Is it possible for the penthouse couple to make reservations for all four people on the date they get access to making reservations? If so, is there anything other than the names of the other couple needed? Perhaps some sort of reservation number?

Thanks - this will be our first cruise on Oceania.

Yes, the PH couple can add the Concierge couple to their reservations.  You will need names and booking number.  There is an option to add them when you make the reservations.  The reservations will count against the advance reservations the Concierge couple can make;  i.e. no double dipping, and if there is a difference in the number of advance reservations allowed, the Concierge couple will be limited by their allotment.

And both cruises need to be paid in full

Yes.  But since the window for reservations for a PH is 75 days out and final payment is normally 90 to 120 or 150 days out, that's usually not an issue.  But there could be special circumstances.

True, but could be a last minute booking, figured it was best to include that
