Does anyone have a customer service email for MSC

I have a few crew members I want to give KUDOs to for their awesomeness and I didn't receive any survey's from MSC after my cruise ended on the 11th -and yes, I am signed up to receive emails...Also, does anyone know how long it takes to receive your Voyager's Club points after cruising?  Thank you!

Can't help with an email address sorry, as I'm from the UK, but Voyager's club points are (in my experience) normally assigned 7-10 days after disembarkation.

The old Customer Service email seems to now go unanswered so I won't give that one.
