Emerald is Rui Periera's ship, don't know who takes over when he is on vacation. We love Rui!

Currently it is Francesco Ciorfito.  Btw, they are now called Director of Restaurant Operations.  The Asst Maitre'd is now called the Lido Manager.

We were onboard the Emerald for 30 days this year. We LOVED Rui! So friendly, funny and truly charming. Our dining room "manager" (not sure of the official label) went by "Mr Excellent Choice" and we loved him as well. Plus we had the best waiter we've ever had onboard any ship - Jefferson. It was a win-win-win situation for us. 😀

Jefferson! The best of the best! We also were thrilled to have Jefferson and we actually ate in the MDR more often than usual because he made the experience so enjoyable!
