Casinos at sea question

Just had a very random phone call from 'Casinos at sea' telling me I have won a free cruise

 

Before I get excited is this likely to be a scam?

 

I asked him to email me the details and the certificate and it does come from an NCL address but I'm cautious, is this something they do?

 

I last sailed sept 2023 on the Dawn and did play in the casino but not enormous amounts probably about £1500

 

Any advice?

Try calling CAS directly (use the number from their website) and see what they say.  They don't usually call, but I'm pretty I have gotten calls in the past.

While it is probably a valid cold call, they normally don't have "offers". UK agents may be desperate for sales and are making calls. 

 

You can call any day and ask what they are willing to offer on any cruise. They will review your record and offer you a discount or comp based on your prior play. That's available to any prior guest that played in the casino.

Call CAS, that's how we book every cruise, compare offers.  We just booked one through them for a 25 nighter, they gave us 18 days free premium restaurants and one way free airfare which wasnt in a promotion we chose.

 

You have nothing to loose by calling.

Thanks all I made an enquiry and it popped up on my main account on the website so it was legit, sadly the dates don't work for me but just incase anyone else in the UK gets a call out of the blue it is real
