How to cancel a drinks package?

We are going on a cruise in Dec and have purchased a drinks package. We have now decided that it won’t be worth it for us, we’d prefer to pay as we go.

We can’t seem to find a way to cancel it online.

Is there a way to do this or do we need to make a phone call?

Unfortunately that is the only way - and when you do make sure that you give yourself plenty of time!

Thanks, thought that might be the case but wanted to make sure.

I’ve cancelled online before can’t remember how but you can definitely do it

You can log into your P&O cruise personliser. Go to my orders - click on details and there will be a cancel for you to click on righ hand side.

Hope this helps.

Thanks, I’ve tried that but although it’s showing as included under the drinks section, it’s not actually showing under my orders.

I’m wondering if it’s because we’ve paid a deposit but final payment not due until September. We wanted to have it removed from the system before final payment so looks like it will require a phone call after all.

I assume you booked the 20% reduced fare when it was on sale so your drinks became part of your fare.

Not sure this helps, but on my recent booking my TA advised me that if  I did not take the 10% discount offer on booking, then I could not add it on later still with the discount.
