Any idea if the Brewhouse is open on embarkation, or the time it opens daily?

I watched football in the afternoon there on embarkation day back in 2021. Other than that, my guess is around 5pm. I am sure someone will come alo g with a recent FSD.

They tend to open between noon and 3:00 PM.  Later on port days, earlier on sea days.

On current itinerary

 

Day 1 (Seattle): 11:30 am - Close

Day 2 (At Sea): 3:00 pm - midnight

Day 3 (Juneau): 3:00 pm - midnight

Day 4 (Skagway): 4:00 pm - midnight

Day 5 (Glacier Bay): Noon - midnight

Day 6 (Ketchikan): Noon - midnight

Day 7 (At Sea/Victoria): 3:00 pm - ~8:00 pm (Canada requires that bar is closed while in port)

Pro tip: If you are on a Breakaway Plus ship and eat lunch in Food Republic, they will get you a Guinness from the Brewhouse even if it is closed.😎

I just realized that I've gotten early Guinness this way on the Bliss and Joy, but not the Encore.  I haven't sailed Encore since 2022, and at that time they didn't have Guinness on tap in the Brewhouse.  The only dark ale was Pete's Porter.  Still good stuff, but I want my Guinness!  Can anybody who has sailed the Encore more recently confirm that they now have Guinness on tap in the Brewhouse?  I'm at the brink of choosing between Bliss and Encore in Fall 2025 and this could make a huge difference.😎
