No refund for port tax. I learned that you had to have paid more than $149 total of court fees in order to get any refund. I only paid $141. I know people who got a $35 refund and some who got $100 refund — it all depends on when you port fees you were charged

OP - hope you’re thoroughly enjoying your cruise. 

 

While none of us know the exact nature of the Dry Dock.  I do not believe they will.   It is only a 2 week which I suspect will be predominantly for their 3 year maintenance and recertification.  Usually they clean and paint the hull as well as the entire ship.   They often also replace carpeting and worn soft goods.   Some of the bedding may also be replaced.  

 

When previously on Silhouette (in an Upper Suite) the ship had gone through revolution and they had both the Power Box with USB's as well as a USB on one side of the bed and a USB in the lamp on the other side.
