Post cruise tour in Citavecchia with hotel drop off

Hi! We are planning to stay a few days in Rome pre-cruise but we're wondering if anyone had experience with a tour closer to the Civitavecchia port or the airport post cruise.

We will be spending one additional night near the airport when we disembark and hoping to find a tour operator to pick us up at the port, take us on a local tour and drop us at our hotel near the airport.

Has anyone done something like this?
