It started on one ship, so far. It's been a long time coming. Other cruise lines have offered this for years.

Just tried to book our specialty restaurants prior to our cruise at the end of this month but again not letting us unless we pay so booking before we board is still a no no. We are on Oasis from Barcelona on her last sailing before dry dock.
