Nautica WIFI Speeds?

HI All,

 

Heading on the Nautical tomorrow for the 7-Day Bermuda cruise. Does anyone have experience with the R-Class and their SES internet system? I know the other classes have Starlink so I assume its great. I have a Zoom call scheduled and wondering if I should move it. Can you "upgrade" for $10 a day for faster speeds on the R-Class like you can on the Starlink equipped vessels?

Any insight I would sincerely appreciate!

At present, Internet upgrades on R ships only allow streaming services and do not include more bandwidth or speed.  Once Starlink is fully operational, I would expect the basic speed to increase.

@ORV is currently on the ship and has reported less than spectacular speeds currently.
