CannotSwim Posted September 18 #1 Share Posted September 18 When I log in I have no bookings, and when I add a booking I get Page Not Found. Is anyone else seeing this? (I've had problems recently with an airline canceling reservations made by Viking so I'm wondering if this is an issue for everyone or just a side-effect of the other problems I'm having.) Why do we need to enter our frequent flyer numbers and trusted traveler numbers separately for each cruise? Planning to cruise Posted September 18 #6 Share Posted September 18 Viking, and other river lines, must be flat out at present trying to deal with current and imminent river cruises on waterways affected by the awful floods in middle Europe. As a VR cruiser also I have been following that episode on CC. Navigation has stopped, boats are tied up, pax are being moved around and immediate journeys cancelled. I don't think Social Media is the answer. I do contact sites when there are problems. But what I say depends on whether the system is working for others or not. (I've been mostly happy with Viking's help with me today. I'm less happy with the airline that has canceled my cruise flights three times and counting in the 36 hours. I don't think Social Media is the answer. The data was on the server yesterday, it isn't today. The pages loaded without problem today and yesterday and for many months before.
