Good Morning, Does anyone know if the Princess Plus price moves from £50 pppd?   I am new to Princess so not sure as I know the other cruise liners packages do.

Thanks

except for IT issues it will always be £50 until princess decides to increase the price - do not expect to be notified in advance if they are going to increase price.  They just increased the Premier cost from £65 to £75 a few weeks ago.

there may be an odd sale where it is discounted, but if these occur they are not common -I would not hold off on booking it for that.

A few people wait to purchase it on board to try to get a discount with the exchange rate.  When on board it will be charged in USD (I think $60).  The problem with this is the exchange rate may go against you and it could cost more.

Occasional price increases.  Not likely to go down.

Put on sale?  USA TAs often have package deals where they put together a group.   Deposits usually 100% refundable on these group bookings.  My TA handles lots of customers from outside the US and Canada.  Just be aware lots of different terms outside the UK.

Also to use OBC to pay for it. This also makes the Princess Vacation Insurance lower as it's based on the total cruise fare (Not an issue if you use another insurance company).

It did go on sale in Uk in late July or August last year at £25, but i have not seen it since.

I did try and get it added to my booking that was made in July 2023, but would have lost my deposit and OBC from my FCD as I would have to cancel and rebook, so there would have been no saving.

Princess does not sell insurance in the UK, so it makes no difference to the price for the OP who is in the UK.  The OBC may be a consideration for the OP
