When's formal night?

We will be on the June 17th sailing of the Summit, NB Alaska. I was wondering if there's any way to find out which nights will be what in terms of dining, ie when is formal, informal, etc. I have looked on the Celebrity site and could only find the numbers, not which day is which. Also, when and how can you book the upcharge dining?

Typically for a 7 night cruise, you will find that the formal nights will be on the 2nd and 6th night.

 

Similarly the 1st and 7th night will be casual.
