A NEW type of suitcase!

saw this on AOL mainpage today, a suitcase with a built in digital scale on top near the handle! Comes in 2 sizes 25 and 28 inch, both about $200 by Ricardo.

Now thats what I call a worthwhile invention!;) (it already knows its own weight too!)

Nice to know there's always something new. We bought our family hand-held scales for Christmas a year ago, so that works on any suitcase. Nancy

Too bad I already have 2 28 inch suiters, a 29 inch suiter, a rolling garment bag and many other assorted suitcase sets.

 

I did see a portable scale in the Magellan catalog that I'm thinking of buying.

At least twice now my bags have been over the limit and I'm at the airport at 5:30 AM rearranging things. Not fun.

My packing strategy always works - I make a list of everything I could possibly need, lay it all out on the bed, then I put half of it back. Whatever's left is what I take, and I STILL don't wear everything.
