C&A Welcome kit

I just received my Crown & Anchor welcome kit yesterday. The only problem is that the C&A agent that signed me up said there would be a coupon that I could apply to my current reservation for like 50 bucks or something. I looked all over and I definitely didnt get anything of the sort? Did they stop giving booking coupons with C&A, does anybody know?

Your first coupon will probably arrive in a separate letter.

I thought the coupon was attached to the bottom of the welcome letter... hhhhmmmmm.

My daughter just got the welcome letter last month since she finally was 18 and she didn't get any coupon like we did when we sign up last oct....

Just received my letter last week and didn't have a coupon. But I did find coupons on RC C&A website.

sj25 - how long did it take for your daughter to get her welcome kit after signing up? It's been awhile for someone I know and they haven't gotten it yet.

I received my welcome kit yesterday too, but no coupon for me either. It took about 3 weeks from the day I called.

I'm hoping they have not forgotten the Newbies!

How do you get this. Our first cruise was 4 years ago...had one booked and payed for 2 years ago but had to cancel and now we are booked for September on the Freedom. We registered for C & A online...does that make a difference, or do you think we can call and get a welcome kit? One more quick question, I have seen people reference cards for C & A members but we don't have those either...should we have one?

Go to RC's website, and click on "My Cruises." (if you aren't registered yet, do so). Your C&A level should appear under your name. If it doesn't, you aren't in the C&A system. If it does, you are good to go.

I contacted RCI about three weeks now and gave them my information from my prior cruises. I got my C&A number, but still haven't received my kit. I'm assuming that it will be arriving shortly, yes?
