Squappie Posted May 7, 2006 #26 Share Posted May 7, 2006 I take senior citizens on cruises about once each year and I usually come back a few pounds lighter. Some of these wild and crazy gals have me out dancing past midnight most evenings and then up again walking the ship at 7:00 in the morning. By time I get home, I'm exhausted. They really wear me out. but love every minute of it.
wallygator Posted May 7, 2006 #27 Share Posted May 7, 2006 I've been on a few cruises. And yes I know there is food to be had 24 hours a day. The pastries, the fruits the everything is there to eat. So is the weight gain from US all pigging out. I think some folks eat more/better on a cruise than they normally do at home. Some also must feel let me get my moneys worth. Thats a fact. I gain nothing, The food may not always be perfect, tastefull and pretty but that applies to many things in life. I'm happy just to be on vacation and when I get the feeling I go get a bite to eat.
