Ship time and excursion times for Carnival Conquest

Does anyone know if the times listed for arriving and leaving ports of call on the Carnival Conquest are eastern standard time or central standard time? It leaves from Galveston, which is on CST.

When booking excursions, are times in Jamiaca, Grand Caymen, and Cozumel EST or CST?

Thanks!

I have always set my watch with the ship time and that the time you use...I have never had a cruise line tell us to change to the time of a port time its always Ship time..the time of where you got on the ship at... I hope that helps

Most ships change the time to the time zone the "port of Call" is in.

It usually says in the Ships newletter that you get each night if they change the time zone.

It would be really confusing otherwise..
