F858MM Posted May 3, 2006 #1 Share Posted May 3, 2006 Do the men need a jacket for dinner every night?
kitty9 Posted May 3, 2006 #2 Share Posted May 3, 2006 For formal nights, the minimum is a jacket and tie, and on informal nights, it's a jacket and dress slacks, with some, but not all, opting for the tie. You don't need jackets on casual nights.
BrooklynGirl2 Posted May 4, 2006 #3 Share Posted May 4, 2006 On Zenith's 7 day Bermuda cruises there are 2 formal nights and 1 informal (semi-formal) night, and 4 casual nights. You will only need a jacket on 3 nights total. For formal night men wear either a dark suit or a Tux. On informal night men usually wear slacks (can be Dockers type) and a sport jacket with tie optional, although my dh wears a tie.

Faith/Hope/Charity Posted May 21, 2006 #10 Share Posted May 21, 2006 On our last two seven night cruises, I brought just one dark suit for my husband with two different shirt/tie sets. It gave a different look for each night, and saved room in the luggage by not bringing a different suit/tux for the second night.
