Looking for website that shows when cruise ships will be refurbished

Hi,

We are booked on the Golden Princess Nov 29 2006 for Transatlantic cruise. The week before Nov 22 thru Nov 29 is not listed on the Princess web site for any location. I am trying to figure out if the ship is being refurbished that week. Does anyone know of a web site that shows when ships are scheduled for maintenance and refubishment?

It would be nice if that was what was going on the week before we get on the ship. It would be like getting on a new ship with new mattresses, linens, clean rooms, etc.

Thanks in advance for any assistance anyone can give me on this issue.

Have a great next cruise.

There's no such website, that I'm aware. Ships generally do drydocking every 33 to 35 months unless there's a major problem and they need drydocking earlier. Your ship is probably in drydock before your cruise, unless it's chartered or completely booked.

As it turns out it looks like it is in drydock. That hopefully will be good news for us with new bedding, clean carpets, etc.

Thanks for your reply and have a great next cruise.
