Take your Boss to work - TV program

Does anyone remember the title of the TV program that showed the CEO of Carnival and the Head of Burger King Europe working alongside their employees. It was along the lines of 'Take your Boss to Work' and on it they discussed cruiseline staff salaries (lack of them really) and how much the staff depended on tips.

The Carnival cruise CEO worked as a cabin steward and bar attendant. It was probably on Discovery or A&E or The Travel Channel as I seem to watch those stations more than any other.

I'm not sure if this is what you're talking about, but I remember at a lecture Jonathan Tisch (CEO of Loews Hotels) gave at my school, he talked to us about a show he filmed called "Now Who's Boss?" where he worked alongside his housekeeping staff. Maybe that's what youre talking about?
