immigration/customs

Recommended Posts

We had no trouble with birth certificate and driver's license. The kids, who did not have a photo id were asked their birth date or place to make sure it was their birth certificate. It seemed just as fast as for those with passports.

I have a passport and I am still hauled off to immigration every time! I'm a naturalized citizen, so they seem to pay special attention to me. However, it's certainly easier to carry that one document, rather than make sure I have my naturalization papers (US) or birth certificate (Canada).
