Capt. Larry tour-how long?

Can someone tell me how long the whale watching tour lasts? We are booked for 1:00 PM on Monday, and I forgot to ask when I booked it. Just wondering what time we would make it back to the ship so I can make our dinner reservations. Thanks!

You will love Capt. Larry. We went on this excursion in May and it was wonderful. We saw humpback whales, sea lions and the closest view of eagles you've ever seen. The tour lasted approx. 3 1/2 hours.

We went with Captain Larry on June 19th. They said that you will spend 2.5 hours at a minimum on the water. The trip to the dock can take from 15 to 25 minutes, depending on traffic. So I would agree with the other poster that the entire trip with transportation can take about 3.5 hours.

When I emailed them about 6 months early it took about a week to get a response but I did receive one. We really enjoyed whale watching with Cap't Larry--not only saw humpbacks but orcas also.

It is Celebrity Summit. This is the only excursion I'm planning so far. On a prior Alaska cruise on Dawn Princess we enjoyed the White Pass and Yukon train trip at Skagway.
