Bamboo River Rafting

We are booked on Carnival Conquest for December l0 and are trying to decide on excursion. Saw that there are two different tours that do river rafting on their website. Has anyone done either of them. (Mountain Valley Rafting or Martha Brae Rafting) We were in Jamaica many years ago and did the rafting out of Port Antonio and really enjoyed it but can't decide which of the two tours would be better. Want to see some scenery (tropical vegetation, etc.). Thanks!

We did Martha Brae and were "not" impressed.. toward the end it was a huge sales pitch for cheap souvenirs and the scenery wasn't that great.
