Shipboard Excursions/Bonaire and Grenada

We are sailing 11-25-06 on Crown. Since we have not sailed Southern Carribean we don't have any ideas for "good" shipboard excursions to these islands. Also, since we don't have any experience booking on our own, I am hoping some of you CC'ers and give some suggestions for the available excursions sponsored by the ship.

Thanks in advance!

New Waves in Grenada is actually pretty good and cheap. Small boat to a bay. Water a bit murky but pretty good fish and nice folks. Most interesting part was getting the bus out of the port parking lot. Then they have to take it OVER the ridgeline to the harbor. You will see why everyone folds their rear view mirrors.

Still had lots of hurricane damage as of April. Buy spices either at the shops in the harbor or just in the mall at the pier. Great carved wood, also.
