RCL has changed the requirements for the credit card upgrades

I was just looking at the use of the credit card points to determine what would be the best way to maximize my points. I notices that on 7/28/2006 they changed the description of the 25K upgrade to read from an "upgrade of an Ocean View Stateroom to the "Minimum Available Balcony Stateroom".

 

I have read on here in the past, that they were calculating the cost difference based on the difference between lowest outside versus the highest outside balcony (not including suites). It looks like they are not going to do it that way anymore.

 

Does anyone have any additional info?
