Cruiser#5 Posted August 7, 2006 #1 Share Posted August 7, 2006 Please help. DH and I just paid in full for our Owners suite. If we wanted to add one more person to this cabin how much extra would they pay. If this information helps, we chose the cabin we wanted (this is not Gty). We paid a pretty hefty price for this cabin, will the extra person pay half of what we paid or is it alot cheaper for them to get their own cabin in a different category. Has anyone been through this experience. One thing, we booked thru a TA (big mistake) and I lost out on a chance to get the owners suite at 18% discount from the casino play points. but we are taking our loss. Does anyone have any suggestions what I can do. thank you
RichNY Posted August 7, 2006 #2 Share Posted August 7, 2006 Hi #5 The only thing you can do is call your TA,since NCL won't deal with you directly, and have he/she get the price for the extra passenger. MMMMMM another place to party....good luck and see you in October..
Audiocracy Posted August 7, 2006 #3 Share Posted August 7, 2006 Unfortunately, the owner's suites on the Jewel and her sister ships only accommodate 2 people max. Even though you could stick a couple more people in that room, space-wise, that's not what they were designed for and NCL won't let you book more than 2 people. These rooms were esigned for luxury. garycarla Posted August 7, 2006 #5 Share Posted August 7, 2006 Book a cheap INSIDE cabin for the 3rd person which would be way less money than half again for the Owners Suite. They can then spend lots of time in your cabin with you and have another place to go sleep. AND YOU SAVE LOTS OF MONEY this way.
Cruiser#5 Posted August 7, 2006 Author #6 Share Posted August 7, 2006 Thank you guys for all your information. Its nice to know I can get 50% off for another cabin! (inside) I'm actually surprised at the 2 max. policy Richny, see you in October
garycarla Posted August 7, 2006 #7 Share Posted August 7, 2006 Dan: There is room for three in our BB with a WONDERFUL balcony that you can have that will sleep three just fine. And the best part, I will personally cover any extra expense for the third person. Carla and I will settle with your AA cabin and let you visit whenever you want (after Nov 5th) Gary
