Poker Tournaments in casinos?

Does anyone know if they have Texas Hold'em poker tournaments in the casinos?

 

We are leaving 8/26 on the Connie for the Baltics.

No, the last I knew. They were experimenting with hold'em with a 10% rake and no max. Rip off!!!!!!!!!!!! After the first day we held our own tournament in the pool and buffet area every afternoon on sea days.

The only tournaments they hold are blackjack and slot machine.

Just back from Summit in Alaska and they held a Texas Holdem tournament which my son played in. $25 buy in, money divided among the top 7 finishers. Other than the tournament it was a 10% rake, but the games were friendly and fun. There was a $100 buy in, my son and I played several nights and greatly enjoyed ourselves.

For the tournament there isn't a rake, for the regular game there is a cap but I'm not positive what it is.
