Power outlet in the bathroom

I am booked in a Sky Suite on the Infinity. What kind of power outlet is in the bathroom? What kind of power converter, if any, is needed to operate regular US electrical devices? Thanks?

The only power outlet is one that says for shavers only. I believe you can use a curling iron as well. It is for regular US appliances. There are power outlets by the built in desk/vanity area in the cabin. No converter is necessary.

Bring a power surge protector strip, and plug it into the outlet on the desk. You are then able to connect your hair dryer, curling iron, battery charger for digital camera, etc. all at once. Very convenient.

Can you really plug in your curling iron into the outlet in the bathroom?

My sister tried to connect her curling iron in the bathroom and totally blew out the curling iron. I don't recommend using anything but a shaver in that outlet.

I have used mine there before, but would agree it's better to use the outlets by the desk.
