Shorebrook Posted September 7, 2006 #1 Share Posted September 7, 2006 I am booked in a Sky Suite on the Infinity. What kind of power outlet is in the bathroom? What kind of power converter, if any, is needed to operate regular US electrical devices? Thanks?

I believe you can use a curling iron as well. It is for regular US appliances. There are power outlets by the built in desk/vanity area in the cabin. No converter is necessary. ecslady Posted September 7, 2006 #3 Share Posted September 7, 2006 Bring a power surge protector strip, and plug it into the outlet on the desk. You are then able to connect your hair dryer, curling iron, battery charger for digital camera, etc. all at once. Very convenient.
judyfssw Posted September 7, 2006 #4 Share Posted September 7, 2006 Can you really plug in your curling iron into the outlet in the bathroom?
kitty9 Posted September 7, 2006 #5 Share Posted September 7, 2006 My sister tried to connect her curling iron in the bathroom and totally blew out the curling iron. I don't recommend using anything but a shaver in that outlet.
Ma Bell Posted September 7, 2006 #6 Share Posted September 7, 2006 I have used mine there before, but would agree it's better to use the outlets by the desk.
