Vendors at Kings Wharf/Dockyards

We were in Bermuda in July and there were vendors outside. There was a lady selling jewelry made out of shells and I loved 1 heart necklace but unfortunately did not have enough cash with me because I didn't expect to be shopping at the time. We will be there again for 1 day on our Oct. cruise. Does anyone know if these vendors are always there? They were in a park area in the walk from ship to glassworks, etc.

The Crown Princess only stops for 1 day in Bermuda and is not there at night. The vendors I saw were there during the day at the Dockyard. My daughter said this particular vendor that sells the jewelry made from shells was also at the Hamilton festival at night. If anyone in Bermuda knows this vendor, maybe I can contact her directly?
