Do you really have to pay in the Spa/Solarium dining areas?

I have a co-worker that says they had to pay in the spa/solarium area when they had crepes for breakfast. Surely this is not correct but could someone confirm this?

I didn't have breakfast in there but did have pizza with no cost. Maybe it depends on the ship.

We had Crepes in the Solarium on the Jewel and didn't have to pay....Maybe they ordered a special drink with the crepe that cost..

There isn't a charge for food in either the Solarium or the SeaView Cafe.

We had crepes for no charge. There is a charge for milkshakes in the Seaview Cafe.

The crepes are only on the Jewel. The Navigator does not have a solarium cafe (none of the Voyager class does).

The Solarium is the adult-only pool area. They have a solarium snack bar--but the food there is included in the cruise fare. (Nothing is actually "free" on the ship--you paid for it!!!) Seaview cafe is just that--a cafe! The food there is also included. Of course, alcohol and sodas are still extra!
