The best meal we ate on the WHOLE trip was at Pamela's. It is located in the Numero Uno Guesthouse in Isla Verde. Not cheap....make reservations.... but nice. They also have tables right on the beach (toes in sand) but still china and crystal on the table. We chose to eat inside facing the small pool in the courtyard.
