Crown Princess and Gym Facilities

I haven't been able to find anything about the Gym on the Crown. How is the equipment? Is it crowded? Saunas and steam rooms?

 

I found enough information about the International Cafe, I would like to know how is the gym so I work off all those extra calories.

Plenty of treadmills, elipticals, and weight/resistance benches. We were on a voyage from NYC, and it seemed less used than on other ports of departure.

Thanks for the pics..looks like a nice gym. How are the steam room and sauna? Is it true the steam room and saunas are only for people with spa treatments? I know on RCL and Carnival it they are availabe to everyone.

I used the gym everyday on my Crown cruise. I went at 7:00 because by 7:15 you could not get on any equipment - it was that crowded.

My photos were taken mid-afternoon... on an 'at sea' day. The crowds seem to clear out by mid-morning.
