Wait List

My WW and I just wait listed on Prinsendam, Dec 15th. Does anybody have any experience with wait listing on HAL? The did say we are number 2 on the list for an "A" cabin, gave us a booking number, and said they would call. Should we be hopeful? Mike & Jo Ann.

There is always hope, and #2 is not a bad position on the waiting list. I would bet there's a better chance of any cabin at all than an "A", though.

At this point it should be past final payment date, so it will take an unfortunate cancellation on 2 cabins for you to be able to board. Not beyond the realm of possibility since you're so high up on the list. I understand it helps if you've put down a deposit to hold your "in case".
