Shipboard credit - can I charge tips?

It shows up just as cash on your account, so you can use it for anything.

Someone told me once that you can even get the cash from the casino - but I haven't tried it so can't confirm.

Lucky you - our TA only gave us $75.

You can get cash from your seapass at the casino.

What happens if there is still money left, will they apply to your credit card?

Probably but why take a chance. I'd just go to the casino to get cash for the balance if there was a balance left. That way you're not waiting around after the cruise looking for that debit on your credit card account. Besides, what if your credit card account is never debited for the amount you didn't use? You'll save yourself the phone calls trying to get that money back if you already have it in your pocket.

My travel agent is giving us $200 shipboard credit, can I charge all gratuities to my shipboard account?

Yes, as others have said, but listen to announcements and the Cruise Compass as you have to visit the service desk and fill out the paperwork to do so before the last day of your cruise. I was on a 7 day Sat-Sat cruise and I think Thursday night at Midnight was the cut off for that.
